About JVI
JVI Architectural Sheet Metal is owned and operated by Jesse, a Sea-to-Sky and Vancouver local for the last 20 years. Currently based out of Squamish, he has a passion for spending time in the mountains with his young family. As a teenager, Jesse spent summers in Ontario working for his uncle, a skilled carpenter, which launched his career in the construction world. After several years of honing his architectural sheet metal skills working for other roofing and siding companies, Jesse established JVI Architectural Sheet Metal in 2012. Over the last 13 years he has worked with many highly respected custom home builders in the Vancouver and Sea-to-Sky area and brings a wealth of experience, expertise and design ideas to his work. Delivering esthetically tidy and highly-skilled work, JVI is a well-known and trusted architectural sheet metal and building envelope contractor in the area.

As a smaller company, we do not sub-contract out our work and our team members are highly specialized and experienced. We ensure every detail is considered to provide a seamless, water-tight design. When you hire JVI, you will have local owner/operator, Jesse, onsite bringing senior level oversight and experience onto every jobsite. We ensure your projects are delivered on-time and on-budget and have many excellent local references available.
To give you complete peace of mind, we are fully insured ($2 million in liability insurance) and have active WorkSafeBC coverage. We can also provide a 5 year warranty on all work completed.
